We are not a referral service, lead marketplace, or middleman that connects you to unrelated third-party companies. When you book with us, our team handles the job.

Service availability may vary based on technician availability, weather, permitting requirements, and the nature of the requested work. We reserve the right to decline service requests that are unsafe, unlawful, or outside our scope of expertise.

Quotes and estimates are based on information available at the time of our assessment. Final pricing may change if hidden conditions, code requirements, additional materials, or expanded scope are discovered after work begins.

We strive to provide upfront pricing before starting non-emergency work. You authorize our plumbers to perform the agreed work at the quoted or approved price. Emergency service fees, after-hours rates, permits, and specialty materials may apply where disclosed.

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time, including access to shutoff valves, panels, crawlspaces, attics, or utility areas needed for our crew to complete the work.

If we cannot access the property or you cancel without reasonable notice, a trip fee or rescheduling charge may apply where permitted by Texas law and disclosed in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We may accept cash, check, card, or other approved payment methods.

Late payments may be subject to interest, collection costs, or service suspension where permitted by law. You are responsible for any bank fees, chargebacks, or returned payment charges caused by insufficient funds or disputed charges made without valid cause.

We stand behind our own work with a limited workmanship warranty on eligible repairs and installations, as explained on your invoice or service agreement. Warranty terms may vary by service type.

Warranty coverage does not apply to pre-existing conditions, misuse, unrelated damage, work performed by others, normal wear and tear, or failure to maintain equipment after service.
